- A coordinator: On your special day, you will have a dedicated coordinator by your side, ensuring everything flows smoothly like a gentle breeze. From 08:00 on your wedding day, our lovely coordinator will be right there until the formalities are done, working hand in hand with your MC. Together, they will weave magic to keep everything perfectly on schedule, making your dream wedding come true. It’s important to note that while our coordinator is a superstar at ensuring your day runs flawlessly, they won’t be involved in the décor or its setup. Their focus is solely on the seamless execution of events within the venue’s scope.

Bridal Suite
- The bridal suite is included in the package
- Check-in time for bridal suite – 08:00 am
- Check-out time for bridal suite – 15:00 pm
- The bridal suite is only available on the day of the wedding for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready
- Spacious Hair and Make-up station with mirrors and high chairs
- Rod for hanging and displaying dresses
- A coffee station is included in the room
- Air-conditioning for cooling and heating
- The bathroom has a shower and DADO QUARTZ bathtub
- White towels, hand wash, shower gel and body lotion are available in the bathroom
- All platters and beverages must be pre-arranged with the coordinator
- No alcohol from outside may be brought onto the venue.
- The bridal suite unfortunately does not have overnight facilities and is only available until 15:00 on the day of the wedding
- The bridal suite is a non-smoking or vaping room
- All personal items must be removed by 15:00
Grooms Room
- The grooms room is included in the package
- Check-in time for groom’s room – 10:00 am
- Check-out time for the groom’s room – 15:00 pm
- The grooms room is only available on the day of the wedding for the groom and groomsmen to get ready
- The grooms room, unfortunately, does not have overnight facilities
- Air-conditioning for cooling and heating
- The bathroom has a shower
- White towels, hand wash, shower gel and body lotion are available in the bathroom
- A coffee station is included in the room
- All platters and beverages must be pre-arranged with the coordinator
- No alcohol from outside may be brought onto the venue
- The grooms room is a non-smoking and non-vaping room
- All personal items must be removed by 15:00
